Ingredients:
500g fish fillets (such as salmon, cod or tilapia)
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
2 tbsp. spoon . fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Start by cleaning the fillets and cut them into small pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and juice.
3. Add the fish pieces to the spice mixture and stir until the fish is evenly coated. Marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes to allow the meat to combine. 4. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and grease the grill with a little oil to prevent sticking.
5. Thread the marinated fish onto bamboo skewers, leaving some space between each piece. 6. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and roast for 34 minutes on one side, or until the fish is cooked through and well charred. 7. Once cooked, remove the fish kebabs from the grill and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
